8th Annual Membership Meeting

Every year, members look forward and assemble during the Annual Membership Meeting to be informed of the accomplishments of the preceding year which is reported by the President and CEO. For this year, a new agenda is to be conferred by the Board of Trustees which is the Ratification of the amended by-laws of the Association.

As early as 7:30 am of January 15, 2011, PSSLAI members came in droves to register and claim their raffle stubs and souvenirs. Since most of the members came early before the start of the program, our game master, Ms. Nor Baer entertained our early comers by through games.

At exactly 9:00 am, the meeting proper started with the Chairman, PDG Raul M Bacalzo presiding. All Board of Trustees were present during the meeting except for PCSUPT Angelito N. Pacia. Others directors present during the meeting are the following:

President Ernesto V. Belen in his President’s Report cited the significant growth in all corners of the business especially the achievement of another milestone In the seven (7) years of PSSLAI operation which is the realization of Php1B mark in the net income before dividend declaration.

The President’s Report highlighted the accomplishments of the Association with regards to Financial Health, Membership Base, Loan Portfolio and Corporate Social Responsibility. (see President’s Report)
