The PSSLAI is a non-stock, non-profit savings and loan association for the PNP that began its operations on July 1, 2003. Its main objective is to provide our PNP personnel, uniformed and non-uniformed, investment opportunities and immediate access to funds and help them cope with the rising needs of daily living.

Ang PSSLAI ay seryoso sa pagsasabi ng "in the service of those who serve and protect". Totoo po ang slogan na ito, kami ay hindi tumatalikod sa mga taong tapat, nagtitiwala at patuloy na sumusuporta sa PSSLAI.

Isa sa mga nakasaksi sa tradisyong ito ng PSSLAI ay ang Quirino Police Provincial Office. Sila ay isa lamang sa napakaraming tanggapan ng pulisya na aming pinasalamatan dahil sa kanilang mainit na pagtanggap at pagsuporta sa aming marketing team na nagsagawa ng loan caravan nuong Pebrero 4 - 7 sa buong rehiyon ng Cagayan Valley.

Ang aming team ay personal na inalagaan at iningatan ng mismong Provincial Director, PSSupt. Romualdo T. Zingapan. Hindi niya iniwanan ang aming grupo mula umpisa hanggang matapos ang nasabing caravan. Ang kanyang pagsuporta at pagendorso sa PSSLAI ay nagbunga ng napakaraming membership at loan applications.
